Plain-language note: Gamechemy is free today. If an optional Premium subscription becomes available, the subscription terms below will apply in addition to the price and billing period shown by Apple or Google before purchase.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gamechemy mobile application, websites, games, communications features, and related services (together, the "Service"). In these Terms, "Gamechemy," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Gamechemy Social Inc., which operates the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, use your own identity, and maintain the security of your sign-in credentials.
You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly at support@gamechemy.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create an account for another person.
3. License to use Gamechemy
Subject to these Terms, Gamechemy grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
On Apple platforms, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the Service, its content, support, or claims relating to it. Your use of the App must also follow the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms and usage rules.
4. Safety and acceptable conduct
Gamechemy is for genuine dating and friendship connections through games. You must treat other people respectfully and follow the Community Guidelines. Among other things, you may not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop;
- share sexual or exploitative content, facilitate trafficking, or use the Service to contact or endanger a minor;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or intentions, scam users, solicit money, or distribute malware;
- record, publish, or share private messages, photos, or personal information without permission;
- probe, scrape, automate, disrupt, circumvent limits, evade blocks, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or hidden game state without authorization; or
- use the Service for unlawful activity or encourage anyone else to do so.
Gamechemy has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report or block anyone from their profile, a chat, a community post, or a game, and we remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Gamechemy is not an emergency service.
5. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit, including profile details, photos, prompts, community posts, and messages. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it complies with these Terms.
You grant Gamechemy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and moderate your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for lawful retention, safety records, backups, or content that another user still lawfully possesses.
Feedback and suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
6. Optional Premium subscriptions
Gamechemy is free today. If Gamechemy Premium is activated, it will be optional: profiles, discovery, games, and messaging will remain available without a subscription, subject to ordinary safety and usage limits.
- Price and period. The localized price, billing period, included benefits, and any introductory offer will be shown in the App and confirmed by the applicable store before purchase.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play account before renewal under the store’s rules.
- Trials and offers. If a trial or introductory offer is shown, the purchase screen will state its duration and the price charged afterward. Cancel before the offer ends to avoid the next charge.
- Cancellation. You can manage or cancel through your store account. Cancellation stops future renewal; Premium access normally continues through the paid period unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise.
- Refunds. Apple or Google processes purchases and refunds under its policies and applicable law. Gamechemy does not operate an external payment flow for in-app digital benefits.
- Account deletion. Deleting your Gamechemy account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account.
Premium changes how much you can act and reveals the specifically advertised Premium lists; it does not put core discovery, profiles, games, or messaging behind a paywall.
7. Games, interactions, and AI
Games and social features are provided for entertainment and connection. We do not guarantee that another user is compatible, truthful, available, or safe. Use judgment when communicating or meeting, protect your personal and financial information, and use blocking and reporting tools when needed.
Wingman and other AI or automated characters may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. Treat AI output as untrusted entertainment and assistance—not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. AI output does not make authorization decisions or control authoritative game state.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on app stores, authentication providers, hosting, notifications, transactional email, maps, crash reporting, moderation, and AI providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may be unavailable or change independently of Gamechemy. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when these providers support the Service.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Gamechemy does not control or endorse their content and is not responsible for their availability, security, or practices.
9. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may investigate reports; remove or limit content; restrict features; or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the Service. Serious safety violations may result in immediate removal and reporting to appropriate authorities.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion in the App or through our account deletion page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, lawful retention, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free games, successful matches, or the conduct of other users or third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamechemy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the Service. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, safety needs, or business practices. When a change is material, we will provide notice through the App or another reasonable channel before it takes effect when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
