Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Gamechemy account and data, with or without the app.

Option 1 · Fastest

Delete in the app

  1. 1Open the Gamechemy app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings and scroll to Account.
  3. 3Tap Delete account.
  4. 4Confirm twice when prompted. The second confirmation reads “I understand, delete everything.”

Deletion starts immediately once confirmed and cannot be undone. You’ll be signed out.

Signed in with Apple? You’ll be asked to confirm with Apple so Gamechemy can remove its Sign in with Apple access. If that can’t be done automatically, the app shows how to remove it yourself in your iPhone’s Settings under Sign in with Apple.

If some cleanup takes longer, your account is blocked right away and Gamechemy keeps retrying the remaining deletion steps automatically.

Option 2 · Without the app

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have Gamechemy installed, or can’t sign in, you can ask us to delete your account.

  1. 1Email support@gamechemy.com from the email address associated with your Gamechemy account.
  2. 2Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address you signed up with.
  3. 3We’ll verify you’re the account owner and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, messages, game history, and community posts. This action cannot be undone.

Data retention

Upon deletion, we remove or anonymize your profile and account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms. A short-lived destination address may be kept only long enough to send the deletion completion notice.

Safety reports are kept so we can keep the community safe, with your identity removed from them. Shared game results stay with the other player without your account attached. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
